For every $1 billion in sales, the average retailer incurs $106 million in merchandise returns.  Every step in the return process, from return merchandise authorization (RMA) to shipping and receiving, processing, asset recovery, and disposal, adds another cost that further cuts into product sales revenue. The way each step is displayed makes it easy for the customers and increases their likelihood of successful assembly.
