Why I Rent from Enterprise

enterprise-rent-a-carWhen I have a choice, I always rent from Enterprise. I find that they are one of the only rental companies that really care about customer service. Maybe because they have one of the largest college graduate training programs in the country.

For example, last week I drove my son back to college and rented a car for the trip. About 75% of the way there, I noticed that I was losing air in one of the tires. I called the Enterprise office where I rented the car. They directed me to their local office in the town where my son goes to college. I stopped by and exchanged the car for a new one so I could drive back home. No hassles and no questions. When I returned the car, Enterprise gave me 50% off my rental because of the trouble without me even asking. Now that is customer service!

Thank you Enterprise. You picked me up!
