  1. Mrunal, while I agree that MS Dynamics is a good tool – it is not the only one with this trait. There are Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, Sugar, BPM, Pega, Zoho, Freshworks, Nimble, GreenRope, and countless other ones that are good to great, too. Everything that you did say about MS Dynamics applies to them, too.

They all (including MS Dynamics) share the same problem: They are tools, means useless if set up and implemented without a real purpose.

The first thing that needs to be done is deciding what to do, and generally how. Then a tool decision can get taken. Coming from a product is often a recipe for unsuccessful implementations.

  2. Hey Mrunal, this is an awesome post about MS Dynamics CRM and I strongly agree with you for this “Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a great tool to streamline the company’s marketing efforts”, very true but, you haven’t mentioned the other-side of this product i.e. majority of Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation fail to achieve the business objectives and financial goals. This is mainly due to unsuccessful CRM implementations and the unknowns for successful Microsoft Dynamics CRM upgrade. Also, I agree with Wieberneit’s comment about MS Dynamics CRM as he had mentioned clearly – “useless if set up and implemented without a real purpose”. That’s correct! Thank you.
