Carparking TicketEver had a questionable car parking ticket that you didn’t fight because of the hassle? Well, your problems are now over at the touch of a button! A teenager has created a Dramatically and Demonstrably Different way for motorists to fight parking tickets in seconds!

18 year old Joshua Browder set up his website donotpay.co.uk  and it directs you to pick 12 options, asks you to fill in your details and then creates a customised appeal – generated by the website – to the relevant council.

It certainly seems to have ‘hit the spot’! The website proved so popular that it crashed a few days after launching and Joshua has been busy increasing capacity, as well as introducing new features.

It’s a great example of spotting a customer problem and providing an easy solution that saves hours of time and effort. As Joshua says  “Unfortunately, many recipients of these tickets don’t have the time, legal knowledge or energy to appeal” . The entire process, including signing up to the service, takes less than a minute!

Solving your customers problems (even ones they don’t really know about!) can be a great way of…Showing you care, Building Relationships… and Maximising Opportunities!

So, some questions for you:

  • What are your customers’ problems?
  • Do you know?
  • How can you find out?

Get in touch with them, find out, and DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!
