Hi Chitnis

A few universities do offer CRM courses.
University of Washington (U.S.)
MIP—Politecnico (Milan, Italy)
Monash University (Melbourne, Australia)
This is for PHD in CRM Check the link http://fo.ies.ltu.se/doktorand/IEM003F.pdf
Could you mention the country you stay in so that I can give you information related to your country.

I’m Professor of CRM at Macquarie Graduate School of Management in Sydney, Australia and teach MBA level CRM courses. Not quite an answer to your question, but I also supervise 4 PhD students who are working on different topics in CRM. These are 1. the role of organisational culture in the failure or success of CRM projects; 2. the influence of relationship quality on business-to-business relationship value and longevity; 2. the role of customer databases for the management of customer referral programs; and 4. valuation of customer lists.

Dear Prof Francis

What are the acceptance terms and conditions for the students ( CRM ) to apply in the Ph.D courses in your university?

Thanks

Hi Afsheen,

Okalahoma State University was planning to teach some CRM courses back in 2002. You can try contacting Prof Chakraborty. Unfortunately, I don’t have his contact details. The website is www.okstate.edu

Hope this helps.

Regards,

Amitabh
