Direct Connector to Salesforce and ‘Mash-up’ Provide Seamless Connectivity and Deep Visibility into Commissions Tied to Every Component of a Sales Opportunity

SAN FRANCISCO, Sept. 17 /PRNewswire/ — Salesforce.com Dreamforce Conference — Xactly Corporation, (http://www.xactlycorp.com), the market leader in on-demand sales performance management, today announced new enhancements to its Xactly Incent(TM) for AppExchange offering, extending integration with Salesforce CRM and making it even easier for users to leverage the power of an enterprise sales compensation management application within the AppExchange framework. Leveraging Apex code, Xactly is delivering robust incentive compensation estimation capability deeply integrated within a Salesforce opportunity. The Xactly Commissions mash-up with Salesforce will help sales determine where to focus their selling energies and which opportunities will most immediately impact the business and their earnings. Xactly also announced its new Xactly Payroll Navigator(TM) feature, which provides customers with the ability to facilitate easy transfer of compensation data with any major third-party payroll vendor, including ADP, Ceridian, Intuit, Paychex and Ultimate Software, for accurate and efficient incentive payment processing.

The Xactly Incent for AppExchange enhancements, including a new direct connector to Salesforce with single sign-on functionality and the Xactly Commissions mash-up with Salesforce, are being demonstrated at the Xactly Booth 318, at salesforce.com’s fifth annual Dreamforce User and Developer Conference and Expo in San Francisco, September 16 – 19. Xactly Incent for AppExchange Enhancements

The new enhancements to Xactly Incent for AppExchange are mash-ups that utilize Apex code and sales compensation data contained within Xactly Incent. Xactly’s new Salesforce Direct Connector(TM) is aimed at making it simple for Salesforce users to take advantage of the powerful Incentive Estimator(TM) feature of Xactly Incent. With Incentive Estimator, sales reps can explore “what-if” scenarios tied to every component of a Salesforce opportunity and receive immediate feedback on how best to structure a sale for maximum commission and bonus payout, improving overall plan effectiveness. The new connector enables an individual’s specific compensation plan and incentive rules to be imported from Xactly Incent so that estimates are run directly within Salesforce. This provides Salesforce customers with excellent ease of use and rich sales performance visibility.

Xactly Payroll Navigator

Xactly Payroll Navigator is built on a set of open APIs for Xactly Incent called Xactly Connect(TM). The feature enables incentive compensation data and results such as commissions, bonuses and payments to be easily transferred to any major third-party payroll vendor for payment processing. This makes Xactly Incent the world’s first on-demand sales compensation management solution to provide connectivity to all leading payroll systems to help ensure the accuracy of incentive payments and reduce the administrative costs of payment processing.

Xactly Payroll Navigator can be used to quickly create specific payroll templates for any payroll vendor, providing only the data required. Administrators select the specific columns of data to be extracted from Xactly Incent and their display order. The selected data fields can then be downloaded directly and in their entirety to the chosen payroll provider or to various departments within the company. The data fields can also be relabeled to match the target destination’s naming scheme, thus giving the receiving entity the data exactly the way it needs to see it – a particularly advantageous benefit in multi-national corporations and when managing a merger or acquisition situation.
