Company Bolsters Its Expertise with New EMEA Appointments— Edward Clark Joins as EVP & Managing Director, EMEA and George Collier Joins as Regional Sales VP, UK

San Mateo, CA – July 23, 2007 – Siperian – developers of an innovative master data management (MDM) platform – today announced that it has added two recognized industry veterans in order to better serve its worldwide customer base and capitalize on the company’s significant momentum within the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) markets. In a recent MDM market forecast entitled, Demand For Master Data Management Software Is Timid But Growing Steadily Through 2010 (March 2007), Forrester Research Analyst Rob Karel wrote that, “Global adoption of MDM is being led primarily by enterprises in North America at about 44 percent with Europe not far behind at 34 percent. Forrester anticipates a majority of adoption and growth to continue within these two regions through 2010, with Asia Pacific seeing accelerated growth within the next five to seven years.”

Joining Siperian’s distinguished team of technology and business experts is Edward Clark as Executive Vice President and Managing Director, EMEA. In his role, Mr. Clark is responsible for all business and operating activities in the EMEA region. As a seasoned technology veteran, Mr. Clark has extensive experience across Europe having worked with organizations including Honeywell, CDC, Hogan Systems, ECSL and the SIM group.

Additionally, George Collier joins Siperian as Regional Sales Vice President, UK. Prior to joining Siperian, Mr. Collier was with GoldenSource Corporation, an enterprise data management software provider to the financial services sector, where he was responsible for developing sales in the UK and Benelux regions. Prior to GoldenSource, Mr. Collier held senior sales positions at Wall Street Systems, Cognotec and Knight Ridder.

These recent appointments further demonstrate Siperian’s commitment to providing its growing global customer base with the most flexible MDM solution, Siperian MDM Hub™ and more importantly, to supporting its customer’s enterprise-wide master data management deployments. According to Peter Caswell, President and CEO of Siperian, “Organizations are continually striving to consolidate, share and capitalize on their data assets in order to respond to competitive pressures and regulatory requirements, and to support both their analytical and operational business requirements.
