Sage SalesLogix Helps Coverall Cleaning Concepts Extend CRM Functionality to 200 Users and 23 Regional Support Centers

Sage CRM Solutions business partner’s implementation and training services cited as key sales productivity enablers by commercial cleaning franchise company

Scottsdale, Ariz. – July 24, 2007 – Sage Software today announced that Coverall Cleaning Concepts, a leading commercial cleaning franchise company, is using the Sage SalesLogix CRM solution to manage its sales processes. SyncSite, a Sage CRM Solutions Business partner, was selected by Coverall to implement Sage SalesLogix at its 23 regional support centers, including wireless laptop synchronization support for 110 field sales representatives. Coverall has 200 Sage SalesLogix users in all.

Coverall Cleaning Concepts began its nationwide Sage SalesLogix rollout in March of this year after considering alternatives including, Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Entellium. Coverall chose Sage SalesLogix for its ease of use, affordability, implementation speed, and ability to integrate with other business systems.
