Integrated Sage Software contact management and accounting solution creates process efficiencies for telephone equipment provider’s sales team

Scottsdale, Ariz. – July 27, 2007 – Sage Software today announced that Ridgeway Communications Enterprises, LLC, a leading provider of guestroom telephone equipment to hotels, universities and municipalities, is using an integrated ACT! Premium contact management and Peachtree accounting system to manage customer relationships and associated financial records. Ridgeway Communications previously used GoldMine® software to track sales and found that the product’s duplicate record-checking capabilities and lack of field-level security did not fully meet the company’s requirements.
