Company delivers online portal and ciboodle-based contact centre

Graham Technology, a provider of customer-oriented business software and services, today announced it has successfully delivered the underlying technology platform that drives MoveMachine, the online portal from property firm ESPC, designed to be a one-stop-shop for buying and selling homes. With a membership of around 250 solicitor estate agents, ESPC has helped to sell over £3.5billion of residential property in the UK over the last 12 months.

Since 14 December 2007, every home put on the market in England and Wales, no matter what size, must have a Home Information Pack (HIP). A similar scheme will be introduced in Scotland in late 2008.

MoveMachine is a web site designed to help guide users through every stage of the new property selling process, from information on HIPs and their benefits to ordering a HIP itself. MoveMachine also has a corporate member portal, which is used by member estate agents and solicitors in the production of HIPs.

Graham Technology has delivered the underlying technology platform for MoveMachine, allowing home sellers, estate agents and solicitors to assemble a HIP with ease, along with many other features.

“For the public and many estate agents, HIPs can be a daunting prospect, as they can contain as many as 70 different documents, which also presents a significant challenge from an IT perspective,” said Ron Smith, Chief Executive, ESPC. “Graham Technology has successfully overcome those challenges to ensure that MoveMachine is able to take the stress out of the HIP production process for its users.”

In addition to MoveMachine, Graham Technology has also delivered a contact centre platform based on ciboodle, the company’s flagship software product. The contact centre incorporates a number of case and contact management features, along with workflow and reporting functionality.

ESPC’s contact centre is integrated with MoveMachine, allowing information concerning work items created within the web portal to be accessed by contact centre staff. Both the contact centre and web portal have access to the same data sources, resulting in a more efficient infrastructure and ensuring that customer and member information is consistent and always up to date.

“We are delighted to have successfully rolled out the MoveMachine platform and contact centre for ESPC,” said Mike Hughes, managing director, Graham Technology. “This project is an exciting one as it demonstrates our full range of capabilities, from the highly bespoke application development for MoveMachine, to another deployment of our highly successful contact centre product, ciboodle.”

Enabled by Graham Technology, MoveMachine presents a purpose built HIP production platform, which allows users to:

· Search for providers
· Set up new members
· Get quotes on HIPs
· Use a simple, quick ordering process
· Upload and compile all relevant paperwork
· Perform online HIP tracking
· Make changes to the HIP at any stage in the process
· View HIPs online at movemachine.com
· Brand HIPs with corporate logos (estate agents)
