What Are Your Business Plans for 2010?

This is a time of year for us to set our goals for 2010. It is important at least once a year to clear our mind, dream and plan for next year. These are mine:

1. Continue to evangelize that customer service is the only sustainable competitive advantage and in the age of social media it is the new marketing.

2. Continue to show how people can survive and thrive in the Great Recession. Even though the government says its over but it ain’t. We still need to battle the big R.

3. Shoot the pilot for a business reality TV series called “Get Me My Money”.

4. Communicate more frequently with my friends and subscribers offering valuable video, audio and blogs to entrepreneurs

5. Volunteer my time for entrepreneurs and small business owners that need help and have no money to pay for help.

6. Finish book with Becky McCray with the working title “It’s A Small Town”.
