Altitude uCI Suite and Altitude vBox Solutions Win Awards at ContactCenterWorld.Com 2007 Member’s Choice Awards

Altitude Software, a leading independent contact center solutions vendor, has announced today it has won two awards for its leading customer service in two categories at the Members’ Choice Awards.

Voted for by customers, Altitude Software solutions were awarded the “Best in Class Customer Service for Multi-Channel Contact Center Solutions in EMEA” , and the “Best in Class Customer Service for Outbound Product in EMEA” Awards.

The 5th Annual Members’ Choice Awards showcases the best industry vendors as voted for by their customers. There are no judges except the end users and the winners are those who can clearly demonstrate satisfied clients. As a Best in Class Customer Service winner, Altitude Software achieved top marks in the awards program beating stiff competition to win Best In EMEA in two important categories.
