Virtual Phone Service for Small Business Adds Pricing, Skype and Fax by Email Enhancements

OTTAWA (November 17, 2009) – my1voice, the feature-rich virtual phone
service for small business, today announced it has added features to improve
communications and created a simplified pricing structure for customers. The
enhancements are based on a recent my1voice customer survey asking about
add-ons that would be of value to the customer.

The new features include:

Simple Pricing Structure – New pricing allows users to choose their plan
based on a single criterion: how many minutes per month they expect to use
the service. As a result, all my1voice customers now have access to features
such as unlimited extensions, a virtual receptionist, the ability to port an
existing phone number or select a local or toll free number and more.

Receive my1voice calls on a Skype address – my1voice customers can now have
their incoming calls forwarded to a Skype address in addition to the other
phone numbers in their call forwarding list. Callers need only dial the
my1voice number and extension and my1voice will direct the call the same as
with any other phone number.

Faxes by Email – In addition to receiving a notification email that a fax is
waiting for them on my1voiceCentral, faxes can now come to the same email
address where voicemails are sent. Faxes are saved in my1voiceCentral for 30
days just like voicemails.

Call Announce Screening – my1voice has a new way to screen callers, letting
customers know who is calling before the call is answered. A caller first
records his or her name, which is then played for the my1voice customer,
allowing the choice of whether or not to take the call. This augmentation to
its call screen capabilities speeds up your identification of the caller and
reduces frustration on both ends.
