The fine folks at Beyond Philosophy were kind enough to send me a copy of their latest book, Customer Experience – Future Trends and Insights. I’ve done a lot of reading this year, and I’m really glad I could fit this one in. There’s a lot of great research, insights, and practical applications in this book.

I decided to do a short video review to let you know my thoughts on it. With all of the “customer experience trends for next year” posts floating around, it’s refreshing to see some well thought out and researched insights into where customer experience is really heading.

I give Colin a little ribbing for the book cover in the video, but it’s all praise after that.
