Award of Distinction”

Association of TeleServices International Selects One World Direct

of TeleServices International Call Center Award of
Distinction winners. The Call Center Award of Distinction recognizes a high
standard of service that is challenging to achieve when a company services a
variety of clients. Under the award’s stipulations, winners employ call
center agents who exhibit a high level of proficiency in Customer
Relationship Management (CRM), courtesy, etiquette and proper call
techniques.

The Call Center Award of Distinction is carefully selected
through a taxing process. Representatives from the Association of
TeleServices International maintain a roster of companies that specialize in
customer relationship management and have large call center capabilities.
Over a six-month process, the association’s judges place calls to the
centers, posing as customers in need of assistance. In the massive sea of
phone calls placed to different companies, One World Direct consistently had
among the best recorded overall calls in customer care and service.
