SEATTLE, August 14–Minecode Corporation, a provider of software and product development solutions for enterprise business, announces the acquisition of the intellectual property, resources, and related assets of X6 Technologies Inc, a software development company that specializes in providing customized marketing and VDP technology solutions. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The X6 direct marketing technology platform enables corporate marketing groups to design, distribute, execute and manage direct marketing campaigns. X6 created and markets an automated system that allows sales and marketing personnel to drive sales more efficiently and enhance customer relationships. Branded, targeted direct marketing communications are seamlessly delivered across a variety of media and sales channels.
“This acquisition represents a significant step for X6 Technologies in our strategy to accelerate growth in our core product offering,” X6 President and CEO Cory Klatt said. “Minecode greatly expands our ability to offer a broad range of services that significantly enhance the value of our product offering.”
