Liz Cobb has joined the company as General Manager, Small and Medium
Business Solutions. In her new role, Cobb will be responsible for managing
Xactly’s small-to-medium business (SMB) initiatives, including the
revolutionary Xactly Incent Express(TM), www.xactlycorp.com/express, a
native Force.com platform application designed specifically for
small-to-medium businesses that use Salesforce CRM.
Cobb brings nearly two decades of sales compensation expertise and
leadership to Xactly. Most recently, she held the position of CEO and
Founder of Makana Solutions, a leading provider of SaaS-based, self-service
incentive compensation management solutions for SMBs.

Prior to founding Makana Solutions, Cobb was Chairman, Founder and CEO of
Centive (formerly Incentive Systems) where she drove product development and
helped grow the company to $22 million in revenues. Centive was acquired by
Xactly in January 2009. Cobb has held various management positions at
VI/Comp Management, Open Software Foundation (OSF), Computer Corporation of
America (CCA), and Honeywell Information Systems.
Cobb holds a bachelor of science in engineering from Vanderbilt University
and a master’s degree in computer science from Arizona State University.
