Leverages New Years Day Bowl Game to Generate Greater Brand Awareness; Unveils New Gator Bowl Logo

Jacksonville, Fla. and Ramsey, N.J. – October 1, 2007 – Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. (Konica Minolta), a leading provider of imaging and networking technologies has extended its affiliation with premier sporting events in becoming the new title sponsor of the annual Gator Bowl Classic. The agreement extends from the 2008 through the 2010 Gator Bowl Classic. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

A New Look
Unveiled September 29, 2007 during halftime at the River City Showdown featuring Florida State University and the University of Alabama, the Konica Minolta Gator Bowl logo offers a distinctive look and feel. Featuring a goalpost “T” in the word “Gator”, the artwork shows the Konica Minolta corporate logo “within the uprights” with the entire logo underlined by a green alligator “spine” – reminiscent of an alligators silhouette on the surface of the water. The color scheme is primarily blue and gold – calling to mind key features of the Jacksonville, Florida landscape – water and sun. The Konica Minolta Gator Bowl logo will be featured in all materials associated with the event.

Worldwide Exposure
The Gator Bowl was the first college bowl game ever to be televised coast-to-coast. With potential team representation from the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC), the Big 12 Conference, the Big East Conference and the University of Notre Dame, the Konica Minolta Gator Bowl is the only bowl game involved with more than two conferences and has potential viewer “rooting interest” from throughout the United States and worldwide.
