Inspiration from a Lemonade Stand

It must have been 100 degrees here in Chicago today. This was not a day where you want to go outside. But as I left my house, I noticed a lemonade stand on the corner put up by a few young neighbors.

They (and their mom) didn’t care about the heat. They wanted to make a few dollars by selling cold lemonade in the heat. They were solving a pain for people passing by who had money.

I got to thinking. What do all of us have to complain about? We don’t want to go out in the “heated” market place and get new customers? Think back to these kids and the lemonade stand….if they can do it when its 100 degrees outside, you can go out and get new customers too!
