This tech firm hired house cleaners for their 31 employees as a way to alleviate some of the stress at home so they can be more productive at work.

“People want to work for a company they feel good about,” said CEO Panchal. “This is one of the perks that makes them feel good, because it makes them feel appreciated.”

FACT: Little things make a difference. Akraya has 95 percent retention rate.
