CCRM.com launched its new SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) solution, CCRM to
coincide with Dreamforce, the Salesforce.com annual user conference in San
Francisco on November 17 2009.

CCRM integrates with Salesforce.com to leverage greater intellectual
property into a Salesforce.com database. It works in the background to
seamlessly log all inbound and outbound correspondence to the relevant
Salesforce.com contact or lead, whilst end-users continue working with their
usual email client (i.e. MS Outlook, Lotus, etc).

“Organisations invest heavily in their CRM system infrastructure but can
fail to maximise opportunities as their processes rely on manual collection
of business-critical intellectual property. CCRM completely automates the
process, removing the need for human intervention, ensuring 100% of emails
are captured. The real strength behind CCRM is its unique ability to capture
this information even when the employee is not a Salesforce.com user. This
allows the business to identify which staff are communicating with key
accounts and why,” says Craig McDonald, CEO and Founder of CCRM.com.

Running on the Force.com platform, CCRM logs all email correspondence in
accordance with defined policies, whilst ensuring all data remains secure
and within the Salesforce.com environment.

By referencing the Salesforce.com database, CCRM finds matches between an
email recipient/sender and a contact or lead. When a match is found, CCRM
intelligently creates a record in Salesforce.com containing the body of the
email, sender, recipients, subject information and details of any
attachments. Salesforce.com users can then quickly view all email
communications associated with that contact or lead in one central location.

CCRM is powered by MailGuard’s established global email filtering service,
providing anti-virus / anti-spam protection and zero-hour defence of
Salesforce.com data from online threats.

“As CCRM operates ‘in the cloud’ it is easy to set-up and configure. Once
provisioned, there’s no additional configuration required, even when staff
changes occur or new Salesforce.com users are added,” says Chris Woolcott,
VP of Marketing, CCRM.com.
