Leader in Sales Performance Management Enhances Communication between
Managers and Sales Reps with User-Friendly Tracking Capabilities

Callidus Commissions Manager solution. Commissions Manager is a 100% native
Force.com solution that delivers a compelling, easy-to-use application that
can be rapidly deployed and can help companies drive adoption of Salesforce
CRM. The solution enables sales professionals to manage commissions and
claims as part of their day-to-day opportunity management. Callidus
Commission Manager is now available on the AppExchange at
www.salesforce.com/appexchange.

Callidus Commissions Manager is a self-service solution. It lets companies
quickly create and deploy sales commission plans that include sales quotas
and rates, and on-target-earnings. This allows companies to pay commissions
based on transactions or on period-to-date attainments. The solution allows
sales representatives to review opportunities that have closed, initiate
claims for credit and payment, and track the status and amounts of paid and
pending commissions. Sales representatives can also preview projected
commissions based on their pipeline.

routines of their sales force to drive sales effectiveness. Commissions

Commissions Manager empowers sales managers by putting relevant, up-to-date
commissions status at their fingertips. It provides intuitive and
comprehensive roles-based dashboards that give them the most relevant
information such as their top performers, and projected compensation. Sales
representatives can use their dashboards to track metrics such as their
year-to-date attainment, payouts over time and the status of their requests.

In addition, the solution can be used with Callidus Plan Communicator,
available on the AppExchange. Plan Communicator expedites the sales plan
communications and approval process with the ability to effectively and
accurately communicate sales plans and contract plans to appropriate field
organizations.

Pricing and availability
Callidus Commissions Manager is now available on the AppExchange. Pricing
starts at $15 per user per month.
