I say, if you run around trying to make your people feel good or “happy” you are caught in the BS trap.

It is proven that if you help your team produce great results, they will feel good about themselves!

Remember, don’t just catch your people doing something right. Help ensure the rewards and recognition are aligned around the right areas!
