This economic times are putting pressure on all of us. I have recently heard executives discussing the need to focus their efforts on where the opportunities are. I asked them what are they doing about existing customers who currently do not have a budget for new purchases. Their response: we will call them when they will be ready. what a stupid attitude. These are testing times for any relationship. the last thing you want to do is disappear from the customeer radar screen. It is the time to demonstrate the real face of your relationship.
