September 13, 2010, Warren Buffett said “I am a huge bull on this country. . . we won’t have a double-dip recession.  I see our businesses coming back almost across the board.”  GE’s Jeff Immelt and Microsoft’s Steve Ballmer express positive views.

In our brain we have an Amygdala — which is the fear center of the brain — the animalistic fight, flee or freeze area.  STOP stimulating your amygdala with the extreme pervasive pessimistic media.  Everytime you stimulate your amygdala you have to soothe it — and it takes time and energy.  If something really bad happens, someone will tell you.  In 2000 our media was blindly positive, now it is exactly opposite.

What you put your attention on you create!  Can you commit today to stop watching the news and just get busy solving problems and meeting the needs of your prospects and clients?

You cannot hide what you are thinking and feeling.  Prospects pick up on your level of confidence.  Your confidence breeds confidence in them.  Confidence is transforming your fear into focused related thinking, feeling and action.
