The cornerstone of the partner program is Uniloc’s softANCHOR copy control software, which seamlessly interoperates with the industry’s most powerful IP protection solutions. Using softANCHOR, publishers can easily create, maintain and enforce a full range of rights and licensing models including trial periods and multi-device fair use. Far from a software activation wrapper, softANCHOR gives developers direct access to copy protection code and allows them to easily embed this code for user authentication. The new softANCHOR Technology Partner Program leverages the copy protection capabilities of softANCHOR and combines it with interoperability between each of the technology partners.
