Though Radius is a marketing technology platform in itself, our own marketing department would be unable to get through our day-to-day operations without the help of several other MarTech resources – 16 to be exact. We’ve combed through our marketing stack and gathered all of the technology tools in our marketing toolbox. Here are the tools each of our small teams use to keep our marketing organization thriving:

What is it? CRM System
Why do we use it? Salesforce houses all of our current and prospective customer data; it powers our sales team.
What is our favorite thing about it? The extensive reporting capabilities and detailed dashboards.

What is it? Website Testing Platform
Why do we use it? Optimizely allows us to A/B test and optimize our website.
What is our favorite thing about it? Our team loves competing internally for the winning copy in A/B tests.

What is it? Marketing Automation Platform
Why do we use it? Marketo helps with managing inbound leads, deploying outbound email campaigns, and reporting on leads and campaigns.
What is our favorite thing about it? The tight integration with Salesforce cuts down on our database management time.

What is it? Data Management Solution
Why do we use it? Reachforce helps keep our marketing data clean and gives us access to a more comprehensive data set.
What is our favorite thing about it? It allows us to have shorter forms, which result in better conversion rates.

What is it? Website Analytics Service
Why do we use it? Google Analytics tracks and reports our website traffic so we can make decisions based on data.
What is our favorite thing about it? Since we are all data nerds, we love the ability to track every click, page view, entry point, and so much more.

Why do we use it? To build hyper-targeted segments for ads to reach prospective businesses
What is our favorite thing about it? Radius seamlessly fits into the marketing workflow and allows us to instantly visualize what success looks like.

Why do we use it? WordPress houses our website and the Radius Marketing Intelligence Blog.
What is our favorite thing about it? The WordPress interface is very intuitive and user-friendly, which lets us focus more on content creation and less on the publishing process.

Why do we use it? While Evernote is typically used as an organizational tool for individuals, our content team discovered it works well as a content house for pieces that do not live on the blog.
What is our favorite thing about it? The ability to assign countless tags to each piece of content helps us stay organized by persona, type, and topic.

Why do we use it? To promote the Radius Marketing Intelligence Blog across the web.
What is our favorite thing about it? The ability to test numerous headlines per blog post.

Why do we use it? Buffer allows us to schedule social media posts in advance.
What is our favorite thing about it? Powerful analytics show us click-throughs, likes, and other important metrics.

What is it? Video Hosting and Marketing Platform
Why do we use it? Wistia enables us to incorporate video into our marketing campaigns, such as our web series about data science, and collect lead information, as well as track video drop offs.
What is our favorite thing about it? The ability to pinpoint exactly where our views are coming from.

Why do we use it? TrueSocialMetrics helps us measure the ROI of our social media efforts.

Why do we use it? Dropbox provides storage and sharing of our marketing and design collateral.
What is our favorite thing about it? Knowing that all of our design materials are easily accessible when they are required for marketing campaigns.
