Telenor deploys StreamServe’s software for flexible and personalized customer communication

BURLINGTON, MA USA – September 12, 2008 – StreamServe, Inc., a global provider of enterprise software solutions for the composition, processing, and multi-channel delivery of customized documents, today announced that Telenor (OSL: TEL) will deploy StreamServe’s Enterprise Document Presentment (EDP) solution to streamline its customer communications process. Telenor is one of the world’s fastest growing providers of mobile communications services and the largest provider of television services in the Nordic region.

StreamServe’s EDP solution improves the effectiveness of customer communications, while reducing paper usage for a positive environmental impact. As a result, StreamServe can ensure that transaction-based documents, such as invoices and order confirmations, can become a channel for the company’s marketing messages.

“We are pleased that Telenor has chosen to deploy our solution to enhance their customer communications,” said Christian Hadenius, Managing Director for StreamServe Northern Europe. “I am convinced that Telenor’s investment in StreamServe will help to further streamline their contact with customers and allow them to ensure that all correspondence is in line with the company’s messages. StreamServe’s software will enable Telenor to communicate more clearly with their customer base, both in terms of general content and in the messages delivered to specific audiences.”
