RALEIGH, NC – SplendidCRM Software, Inc., a pioneering provider of Microsoft-centric Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions for open-source use, today announced it is making its flagship platform available to enterprise software system integrators under a highly affordable licensing arrangement. The plan computes fees based only on those persons using and/or developing the application at the integration company, allowing the integrator to profit from a potentially unlimited number of end users. They call this their Free-Runtime and Free-Hosting License.

SplendidCRM, unveiled in 2005, is a highly competitive, open-source CRM application that builds on the design of SugarCRM, the number one product in the field. Yet SplendidCRM adds value to the equation through its Microsoft-centric design philosophy that leverages a pure Microsoft technology stack (Windows, IIS, SQL Server, C# and ASP.NET).

SplendidCRM’s license to system integrators includes two distribution methods: a runtime license, enabling integrators to sell the application via CD or download; and a hosted, on-demand license employing the Software as a Service (SaaS) model.

Basic, Pro Editions

The Outlook 2003 plug-in enhances the Outlook experience by allowing users to create contacts and archive email related to a lead, account or opportunity; synchronize contacts; and synchronize their Outlook calendar.
