Turning their expertise in-house in their Madison office redesign, all employees had a part to play in determining the new look and feel, and the company took steps to ensure everyone benefited from natural light—even when windows were not present—by carving an “infinity window” for their office manager.

The Green Goldfish Project is a quest to find 1,001 examples of marketing lagniappe for employees. Green goldfish are the little signature extras given to employees. They help differentiate a company, increase employee retention and drive positive WoM.
