Dale S. Gillette will use his nineteen years of industry experience to manage strategy for Satuit’s key relationships

Norwell, MA – April 17, 2007 – Satuit Technologies, Inc., a global leader in client relationship management (CRM) and sales force automation (SFA) solutions for the professional investment market, today announced the hiring of Dale S. Gillette, a financial services veteran, to the position of Vice President of Strategic Relations.

Gillette comes to Satuit from Wellington Management Company’s Information Services Division, where he served as a systems manager supporting the information technology needs of the Institutional Relationship Management, Marketing, and Business Development teams in 3 U.S. offices and 5 global offices.

Prior to Wellington Management Company, Gillette’s experience included management roles with Putnam Investments, Bankers Trust, Chase Manhattan Bank, Security Pacific National Bank, and State Street Bank.

His experience will serve Gillette well as he focuses his attention on key client relationships and on developing strategic partnerships with groups of managers who belong to multi-manager networks. Many small and medium sized managers are wholly or partly owned by consolidators who are actively seeking ways to leverage their ownership by providing technology support. Much of that support, until now, has been limited to contract and fee negotiations. Satuit’s vision is to help these networks develop group-wide best practices for sales and client service that will be fully integrated into SatuitCRM.

The hiring of Gillette highlights Satuit’s continued leadership in the CRM market where the trend is toward leveraging the existing CRM investment. Forrester Research’s Trends 2007: Customer Relationship Management report recommends that “enterprise buyers should invest selectively in high-value upgrades, focus on customer-process optimization, and demand vendor support to optimize existing CRM infrastructures.”

“All of my prior work experience has been in a role where I was responsible for the relationship between IS and business users, ensuring that technology solutions are driven by business objectives,” Gillette continued. “I’m excited to be in a position to help client organizations take full advantage of SatuitCRM while integrating it with their other enterprise applications and data.”

“We have been planning to move into a more strategic role with our clients for over a year, Dale is a perfect fit for this role and brings a tremendous amount of industry experience to the position,” said CEO Karen Maguire. “Dale’s background and experience will be instrumental in helping SatuitCRM clients think strategically about how SatuitCRM can help them to achieve best practices in their organizations across Sales & Marketing, Client Service, Compliance, and Investment Operations”
