Ransys and Aipoint form Strategic Partnership

Leading software vendors will expand International operations through opportunity sharing and functional cooperation

July 26, 2009 – Ransys Feedback Technologies, a leading global provider of EFM (Enterprise Feedback Management) solutions and AIPoint Ltd., a leading vendor which develops Workforce Management (WFM) systems for the International call center markets, have announced the forming of a strategic partnership between the two companies to boost the market reach and penetration of their proprietary solutions.
