Austin, Texas – March 11, 2008 — QuickArrow, Inc., the leader in SaaS Services Automation, today announced the launch of a new Small Business offering, further extending its focus on the rapidly growing Small and Medium Business (SMB) market segment. The new offering is designed to help SMB’s quickly and easily automate their businesses and gain greater visibility into their services operations.

“There is tremendous energy in the SMB space right now, and every day, business leaders tell us that their primary focus must be managing and growing their business to remain competitive – not implementing and learning new technologies,” said QuickArrow COO, Kevin Bury. “With QuickArrow SMB, they can automate their business at the speed of SaaS to begin making business-critical decisions based on real-time visibility.”

QuickArrow focuses on four key enablers for the SMB space: Ease of Use, Speed to Value, Visibility On Demand, and Automation. The company’s SaaS delivery model simplifies the implementation process, reducing the deployment cycle to less than 30 days for most organizations. Packaged integrations with applications like salesforce.com and QuickBooks are also available, allowing SMB’s to easily integrate and automate their entire business from bid-to-bill.

Bill Woerner, Vice President, Professional Services at Prescient Applied Intelligence, stated, “With QuickArrow, we are now in a position to provide timely reports and updates, internally and to customers, about the business and project progress. Professional Services is out in front of the business pushing updates to the company rather than reacting to potential problems.”

Software-as-a-Service is an attractive alternative to licensed solutions for SMB’s because of its low-cost and quick implementation cycles. This is substantiated by QuickArrow’s success in the SMB segment. In 2007 alone, the company increased its SMB client base by almost 50%, and this new offer is expected to further strengthen their leading market position in the space.
