DALLAS – May 19, 2009 – Telligent, a leading enterprise software company that enables customer and employee collaboration, announced today that veteran software entrepreneur and executive Patrick Brandt has been named chief executive officer and a member of its board of directors, effective immediately. Brandt succeeds Rob Howard, Telligent’s founding CEO.

Howard, who founded Telligent in 2004 and has been the company’s chief executive officer since its inception, has been named chief technology officer.
