New England College Optimizes Results With Intelliworks

Web-based Relationship Management and Marketing Software Leads to Higher Enrollment

Rockville, MD- April 7, 2008 – Intelliworks, Inc., a leading provider of relationship management and marketing software built specifically for higher education, today announced the results of a case study conducted with New England College, a small comprehensive college with a liberal arts focus, located in New Hampshire.

According to statistics from New England College’s admissions department, the institution closed out its class registration 20 percent earlier than last year and increased spring enrollment by 8 percent using Intelliworks’ Orion, a suite of Web-based relationship management and marketing solutions. New England College also saw a 3.2 percent increase in attendance at promotional events and a 9 percent increase at their Fall Open House.

“The Intelliworks solution allowed us to improve the efficiency of our admissions department by automating tasks such as outbound marketing, event registration and contact management,” said Diane Raymond, Director of Admissions at New England College. “Plus, the product’s built-in analytics allowed our enrollment team to easily track progress and show results.”

New England College’s admissions staff was able to learn quickly the product’s features, including: creating robust HTML email templates, building targeted email campaigns, and managing event registrations. Due to the program’s initial success, New England College plans to make the product available to the entire admissions department and will continue to build out reporting.
