Navigator Customer Management, the relationship marketing company, has appointed Joanna Philips as Sales Director.

Joanna joins Navigator Customer Management from The Telemarketing Company, where she worked as a Senior Business Development Manager for the sales team, developing and securing key clients, through new and existing business networks. With over 15 years experience within the call centre industry, Joanna lists Sony, Serco and InBev on her client wins as well as direct sales experience for AXA PPP Healthcare and BUPA.

The appointment comes at a time of sustained growth within the business and Joanna’s role will see her further expand the company’s high-value suite of services by building on long-term business partnerships with clients.

As a former Catering Manager for American Express, Joanna is no stranger to planning and implementing for all aspects of the company mix and service delivery. In her personal time, Joanna is a qualified Advanced Nitrox PADI diver and has dived in Egypt, Sri Lanka and Italy.

Joanna comments, “I am delighted to be a part of Navigator’s campaign to realise their deepening footprint as the provider of multi-channel marketing systems, and their continuing confidence to implement strategy in order to grow significantly and become a force in the market. As the industry recognises the added value of integrated marketing services, points of contact across all channels are being recognised as lynchpins in customer and prospect development”.
