Monday Focus – I received a phone call the other day from a representative seeking the “owner”. One can tell the person was not only unprepared but the voice was apathetic and fatigued. One can tell this was a job not a profession. Passion drives success, without passion there is routine and sorrow. Sellers without passion are similar to nurses without concern.
Monday Perspective – Selling is as much an occupation as an avocation. One should desire to meet new challenges, create new solutions while assisting new individuals. You must love the profession; love your industry and its products and love aiding others. Those with passion lead more successful and fruitful lives.
Monday Motivational Quote – “We act as though comfort and luxury were the chief requirements of life, when all that we need to make us happy is something to be enthusiastic about.” – Charles Kingsley
