Jacada names Steve Herlocher as Vice President of Product Management

• Former Product Management VP of Aspect Software joins senior management team

London – May 2, 2007 – Jacada Ltd. (Nasdaq: JCDA), a leading provider of unified desktop and process optimisation solutions for customer service operations, today announced the appointment of Steve Herlocher as vice president of product management.

Herlocher brings to Jacada more than 16 years of product management, operations and development experience in the contact centre industry. Most recently, Herlocher served as vice president of product management for Aspect Software, one of the world’s largest providers of contact centre performance optimisation solutions. At Aspect, he led the company’s product management efforts and was a core member of the company’s product strategy team, which successfully merged seven independent call centre companies with over 20 product lines in just over two years.
