The clearest trend that has emerged, companies are using Salesforce for more than just CRM—instead they have embraced it as an enterprise-wide platform to unite sales, service, marketing, and the back office.

We’ve discovered that for Salesforce customers:

Budgets are exploding

Budgets are changing to support Salesforce as an enterprise-wide platform.

  • 69% are increasing their Salesforce budgets, up 30% from last year. Tweet this

Customer obsession is the new bottom line

Mediocre customer experience is the norm, extraordinary customer experience is rare and a powerful differentiator.

The mobile enterprise is a reality

Mobile is a growing focus for companies looking to increase employee productivity and customer engagement.

Nearly all survey participants (97%) believe that there is significant opportunity for innovation at their companies’ using Salesforce—but turning that belief into reality is where the hard work begins.
