The clearest trend that has emerged, companies are using Salesforce for more than just CRM—instead they have embraced it as an enterprise-wide platform to unite sales, service, marketing, and the back office.

Budgets are exploding

Budgets are changing to support Salesforce as an enterprise-wide platform.

  • 69% are increasing their Salesforce budgets, up 30% from last year. Tweet this

Customer obsession is the new bottom line

Mediocre customer experience is the norm, extraordinary customer experience is rare and a powerful differentiator.

The mobile enterprise is a reality
