Graham Technology “doing a great job” in the customer service market, says independent analyst firm

Graham Technology, a provider of customer-oriented business software and services, today announced that it has been included in a report on human-centric business process management suites by independent analyst firm, Forrester Research. Graham Technology was among the select companies invited by Forrester Research to participate in its August 2 Forrester Wave report on Human-Centric BPM For Java Platforms, Q3 2007.

ciboodle, the company’s flagship customer interaction software was assessed in the report, which stated, “Graham Technology undeniably has the best product for delivering live interaction processes. We tested the product during our lab evaluation and watched as two of the company’s sales engineers showed us how easy it was to use the product for live interaction.”

The Forrester Wave focuses on software vendors with human-centric business process management capabilities.
