Scottsdale, Ariz. – July 17, 2007 – eTelecare Global Solutions (NASDAQ: ETEL), a leading provider of complex business process outsourcing (BPO) solutions, today announced the construction of a new service delivery center, to be named eTelecare Center, in Makati City, located in the SM Cyberzone on Buendia Avenue. With a total floor area of 18,000 square meters, the center will be one of the largest facilities in the Philippines dedicated solely to business process outsourcing.

eTelecare expects to employ at least 3,000 employees at the new facility, along with another 3,000 new employees at its previously announced Annex@Shaw facility in the Mandaluyong City center, which is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2007.

eTelecare anticipates that once these new facilities are fully operational, its total headcount in the Philippines will be 13,000. The company also has over 2,600 employees in the United States, spread among seven call centers in Arizona, New Mexico, North Dakota and South Dakota.

To be built in collaboration with SM Investments Corp. (SMIC), the center was the subject of a formal ground-breaking ceremony on June 20, 2007.

eTelecare Chairman Fred Ayala led eTelecare’s participation in the event, which was attended by:

·Philippines Trade and Industry Secretary Peter Favila
·Director General Lilia de Lima of the Philippine Export Zone Authority
·SMIC Vice Chairman Henry Sy, Jr.
·Makati Mayoral Representative and Barangay Chair Constancia Lichauco

“With this new facility, eTelecare once again manifests its confidence in the Philippines and the range of support services we can offer both inside and out of the country,” stated Secretary Favila at the June 20th ceremony. “eTelecare continues to demonstrate its significant contribution in making our country a BPO destination of choice.”

“eTelecare will be honored to service our Fortune 500 clients from this new world-class facility. Driven by our immense regard for the Filipino people and their accomplishments, we were one of the first BPO providers to pioneer services out of the Philippines and look forward to continuing our strong support,” said Ayala.

He went on to discuss how eTelecare has won more than 60 awards globally, including the 2005 Employer of the Year award from the Personnel Management Association of the Philippines.
