Dallas, Texas – June 1, 2011 –Today Epsilon announced that it has completed the previously announced acquisition of Aspen Marketing Services. Epsilon’s Purple@Epsilon agency business and Strategic & Analytic Consulting Group will be combined with Aspen into one agency platform operating under the Aspen Marketing Services name.
