Entellium Named a “Leader” in Sales Force Automation
Innovative SFA solution geared for “smaller deployments seeking an affordable software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution”

SEATTLE, WA—May 2, 2007—Entellium (www.entellium.com), a global developer of on-demand Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, today announced it has earned the coveted designation of a “leader” in a recent report entitled “The Forrester Wave: Sales Force Automation, Q2 2007, Forrester Research, Inc. April 2007.”

In naming Entellium a “leader,” Forrester Research noted that Entellium:

•Offers strong, easy-to-use setup and configuration tools
•Provides a well-organized UI (user interface) with context-sensitive links that help users complete tasks
•Has a modular pricing model that makes it “more affordable” than other Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) products
•Provides strong support for managing contacts, accounts and activities
•Offers a service level agreement (SLA) that guarantees at least 99.7% uptime

To evaluate Entellium and other SFA vendors, Forrester used its Wave methodology, which ranks SFA vendors by category of “leaders,” “strong performers,” “contenders” and “risky bets.” Forrester stated that Entellium is an especially good fit for buyers seeking:

•Access to SFA while on the road: “Entellium is one of the few SaaS solutions that provide a smart client instead of just browser-based access,” the Forrester report said.
•A strong mobile experience: “Entellium provides a Java-based mobile application that enables sales representatives to access and update information via more than 60 mobile device models.”
•Easy to use setup and configuration: “Firms can be up and running with Entellium in days or weeks thanks to its SaaS delivery model.”
•Affordability: “Entellium’s eSalesForce lists at just $50 per user per month, which makes it less expensive than many of the other SaaS options on the market.”

“This is phenomenal!” said Paul Johnston, Entellium president and CEO. “These results underscore the tremendous progress we’ve made in the SFA market. Small and midsize businesses can more effectively reap the benefits of sales force automation with our solution and ‘no hidden fees’ ownership model.”
