Graham Technology product recognised for its ability to improve customer service
Graham Technology, a provider of customer-oriented business software and services, was last week revealed as the winner of the Best Product award at this year’s Call Centre Expo event in Birmingham. The award was judged by a panel of industry experts, ranging from independent contact centre consultants to the media.
The company’s flagship product, ciboodle, beat off stiff competition to claim the top vendor honour at the event. ciboodle is Graham Technology’s process-driven customer interaction platform for contact centres.
“With ciboodle, Graham Technology demonstrates an understanding that call centre systems are about more than just technology,” said event judge, Claudia Hathway, editor of Call Centre Focus magazine. “They are about providing the tools to model better customer service.”
The award underpins ciboodle’s success in its first year, which has seen the product seal 11 new customer wins, spanning seven industries and five countries.
“We are delighted to have taken the Best Product award at Call Centre Expo, which is one of the biggest events in our calendar,” said Paul White, Chief Marketing Officer at Graham Technology. “The award is a testament to the strength of ciboodle both as a technology solution, and as a real asset for business and customer service improvement.”
