Makana Solutions Appoints Christopher Mason Director of Sales

Mason has more than fifteen years of sales and management experience in technology, including incentive compensation automation.

Mason has served as director, national accounts, for Centive and ITC (spun off from Centive), where he directed sales and marketing for the enterprise incentive management (EIM) product line, focused on the financial services industry. He has held sales and sales-management positions for ADP, Cognos, Applix, and SalesNet, consistently exceeding quota in all his sales roles. Under his leadership as managing partner, KM Associates increased billing 40 percent for four consecutive years and became known for its expertise in HR, sales, and marketing. Mason earned a bachelor of science degree in marketing from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado.
