Specialist speakers from both sectors will be taking attendees through the all important steps of how to communicate with customers in a personalised, relevant and responsible way in order to achieve optimal efficiency and return.
Seminar content includes:-
? What is ‘Intelligent Communication’?
? The importance of understanding individuals & using multiple data sets to achieve this
? How to deliver a customer-centric or citizen-centric view
? Responsibility and respect with regard to personal information
? Channel integration: customer preference & finding the medium that achieves most impact with the individual
? Analysing & identifying customer behaviour for best effect.
“Our latest research shows that less than half of UK companies are able to combine different marketing channels to effectively lift response rates. The public sector in particular performed poorly as Government and NHS were ranked last out of the 18 sectors examined, perhaps indicating that e-Government targets in terms of encouraging take up of services are yet to be achieved,” comments Chris Brooks, sales and marketing director at CDMS.
“The necessity therefore, for educating those in the public and private sector on how to find individuals within their data, track behaviour and treat them like an individual is vital. This is what we aim to achieve in the seminars through a mixture of informative sessions and case examples.”
Hear from guest speakers, clients and partners who have successfully approached the challenges of dealing with large volumes of individuals and how they have enhanced economic performance through applying the principles of Intelligent Communication. Confirmed speakers include the Royal Mail, Betfair and Develin & Partners.
