CDMS Becomes Independent Entity

CDMS, the intelligent communication specialist, has become a fully independent organisation. Formerly CDMS was controlled through the Shop Direct Group, formally named Littlewoods Shop Direct Group. CDMS will now form its own board of controlling Directors with effect from 1st May 2008. This corporate restructuring has been put into effect to facilitate further rapid company development at CDMS, following major revenue increases over the last two years.

CDMS manages end-to-end customer and prospect communications. From sourcing, conditioning and cleaning data, through to multi channel campaign management and execution. Services also include prospect pool and customer database management, analysis and insight, and campaign management. The company uses the latest techniques for personalisation and targeting to deliver true one-to-one, intelligent communications.

For the year ended 30 April 2007, CDMS delivered a turnover of £29 million, up from £18 million the previous year. This year, ending 30 April 2008, turnover is forecast to reach over £70 million.

This all round performance, has earned CDMS noticeable success in the Government, Leisure and Financial Services industries, in particular with prestigious customers such as Betfair, MBNA and Nationwide. The company also experienced 25% growth last year in its work with the Public Sector.
