Carrefour Financial Services implements AuraPortal for their regulations compliance

This decision was based on AuraPortal no-programming exclusive feature which
led to subsequent optimizations with great savings in time and costs

Woburn (Boston), MA- February, 18 – 2011 – AuraPortal (,
a global supplier of Business Process Management (BPM), has today announced
the successful deployment of customer related processes at Carrefour
Financial Services – including Requests, Claims, Mail, A.P.D., etc. – with
BPMS technology.

Carrefour Financial Services is in charge of services and products linked to
Pass Visa Cards, with two million card holders, together with personal and
consumer loans.
Their increased transaction activity drove them to implement BPMS technology
instead of increasing costs with new staff, which also ensured quality
information with real time decision making.

As a financial institution, the company is obliged to comply with legal
regulations and AuraPortal ensures every regulation compliance in due time
and proper course.
The deal was closed by AFI Consulting, a partner of AuraPortal. AFI’s
expertise in BPM together with the exclusive no programming AuraPortal
feature, made it possible to present the proof of concept (POC) in only
three days – unthinkable with other BPM technologies – ensuring the customer
met its “time to market” requirement.
