Managed Services Offering to Extend Throughout Europe
Callidus Software, a leader in Sales Performance Management (SPM), and The ReThink Group, a leading European managed services and resourcing company, today announced a global alliance aimed at expanding the geographic reach of Callidus Software’s TrueService+™ managed service offering. The alliance will offer joint clients a wide range of options for the ongoing management and support of Callidus SPM solutions.
Callidus TrueComp® Manager software manages sales performance and incentives for clients and ReThink delivers Managed Services to support the customer throughout the implementation stage and into software optimisation and client development.
In a recent programme with a leading U.K. retail bank, ReThink has integrated and managed a service for approximately 20,000 cashiers, branch managers, personal bankers and other direct sales and service staff.
In this programme, The ReThink Group has been engaged in a multi-year service contract to manage the business administration of the application, to handle and resolve enquiries from front-line staff and to assist the client in optimising the yield and ROI from the implementation.
