At some point in the lifespan of your business, as with many other tool decisions you have to make, you must choose a customer relationship management solution that not only handles your current needs, but those you can reasonably forecast in the near future. CRM is an important software decision for any business, and there are a lot of factors to consider. How easy is it to use, for employees? How flexible is it? Is it cost effective? Does it suit your needs very well, alongside these other things?

Customer relationship management solution choice is therefore not a decision to take lightly, and over the years, there have been a billion such solutions built, widely used, and faded into obsolescence. It’s one of the software niches that has the largest turnover, as far as contemporary status, while at the same time having the reputation of being “that ancient software I have to perform some tasks on at work” as well.

Now, with the advent of SaaS as a widely viable and practical deployment model, this can be overcome, but it comes down to making that initial choice once more.

Well, I’m here to help as best as I can, by giving you three of the most recommended CRM suites available, one for each business size. I think one of these is going to match your needs with gusto.

#1 – Infusionsoft

Infusionsoft CRM is designed for small businesses, and while there are a lot of such systems available, this one stands out for a few reasons.

First, Infusionsoft is designed to grow with your company, meaning that if you start as a small or micro business, with Infusionsoft, it will grow and continue to handle your needs as you become a burgeoning new force in your niche.

Along with this, it also integrates e-commerce and email marketing systems tightly and effectively, handling more tasks for you than some other small CRM systems can do. This spares the complexity of something like Salesforce, where you have to program in additional functionality like this.

#2 – Insightly

Insightly markets itself as a small business solution, but honestly, I recommend them for the medium business, given their slightly more complex setup, but higher payoffs. This system can grow, but its additional functionality foes in a different direction.

In stead of email marketing and standard e-commerce, Insightly works in micro-transaction systems and transactions, interactions and leads, making it more financially and customer service-oriented, which is what a medium business is going to have to address upon this level of growth.

#3 – NetSuite CRM+

NetSuite is like Google in that most of what they touch turns to gold, and this is the case with CRM+ as well. This is a giant, massive powerhouse ideal for big businesses.

It’s costlier, but its cloud orientation and integration capacity with a ton of other-purposed systems makes it ideal for a large business which is going to have to use multiple SaaS solutions for things CRM can automate for small businesses.

This system may be over powered for small to medium businesses, but for a big business, it’s ideal.

You have a lot of choices for your customer relationship management solution, and these three are just one for each business size. Your choices, as they say, are boundless.
